Where Recovery Finds a Home
and Purpose Begins Again.

Rooted in Redding. Restoring Lives Daily.

At Project Restoration, we walk with individuals on the road from recovery to restoration. Based at The Manor in downtown Redding, we offer up to two years of safe, sober housing with structured accountability, daily life skills classes, and the support of a faith-driven community.

We provide a stable, faith-based environment for individuals transitioning from recovery to real-life reintegration — helping restore dignity, direction, and long-term success.

From Motel to Mission

Turning Lives Around at The Manor

From a forgotten motel to a place of purpose, The Manor now stands as a symbol of restoration — where broken stories begin again with hope, accountability, and faith.

In 2022, Project Restoration quietly stepped into one of Redding’s most overlooked spaces: the aging Market Street Manor Motel. Purchased and repurposed by founder Robert Cronic, The Manor is now home to a faith-based transitional housing program that helps individuals avoid relapse and reclaim their lives through structure, support, and spiritual renewal.

Once a rundown motel on Market Street, The Manor has been transformed into a refuge — a place of safety, structure, and second chances for individuals emerging from recovery.

Room by room, we’re rebuilding with purpose. Every renovation adds dignity and creates a space where healing can truly begin.

Residents aren’t just given a place to stay — they commit to growth. Weekly room checks, daily life skills classes, and the Future Story curriculum guide their progress.

We believe no story is too far gone. Through mentorship, structure, and faith, we help our residents rediscover purpose — and write the next chapter of their lives.

We Help People Rebuild Their Lives — From the Inside Out

At Project Restoration, transformation doesn’t stop at a safe place to stay. We walk alongside every resident with a structured, faith-based program that equips them to succeed long after they leave.

🧠 Daily Life Skills Classes
From budgeting and conflict resolution to cooking, cleaning, and communication — we help residents develop practical skills for everyday life.

🙏 Faith-Based Curriculum
Our program is rooted in the Future Story initiative — a spiritual pathway to purpose, healing, and personal growth through Biblical teaching, prayer, and accountability.

📆 Accountability & Rhythm
Each resident commits to weekly room checks, consistent attendance, and progress reviews. We don’t do handouts — we build habits that last.

🤝 Community & Mentorship
Residents gain more than a room — they gain a support system. Our mentors, volunteers, and church partners create a circle of encouragement and trust.
